Procedure to create network of cooperatives

The Sovereign International Consumer Cooperative Light Great Russia UN No. 602009 (hereinafter referred to as the “Cooperative”), opens for the Working Group (hereinafter referred to as the WG) on registration of a new regional Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as the RC), the email address of the WG on the server of the Cooperative.

The Cooperative submits to the WG the draft Charter of the RC and the draft regulations of the Treasury of the RC (hereinafter referred to as the TRC) in English and in Russian for registration of the RC. The name of the RC is set by the WG. Registration, registration of the TRC takes place within the RC. Draft documents are attached.

After the registration of the RC, the RC opens accounts in friendly banks of the Country where the RC is located.

After opening accounts of the RC in friendly banks, the RC will receive instructions, notification formats and formats of other documents to send them to the specified organizations under the “Sunrise” program.

The Cooperative and the International Treasury M1 provides for the RC a Union Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the UA) between the Cooperative and the RC. The UA will be signed by both parties – the Cooperative and the RC.

On the basis of the UA RC submits an application to the Cooperative for the allocation of funds to XAU to finance projects.

Funds for the RC will be provided by the International Treasury M1 in XAU on the basis of the UA and the Application submitted to the Cooperative from the RC.

After receiving the above-mentioned financing, the RC will submit the balance sheet to the Ministry of Finance of the Country in which the RC is located.

The Cooperative submits to the RC draft documents for the registration of the Sovereign Bank of the RC (hereinafter referred to as the SBRC), the registration of the SBRC is carried out by the RC. The documents are attached.

After completing the registration of the SBRC, the SBRC submits to the World Sovereign Bank of the Order of Hospitallers, United Nations No. 977704 (hereinafter referred to as WSBOH) an application for an International License of the WSBOH. The SBRC attaches the necessary documents to the application (a list of documents is attached).

SBRC receives a WSBOH license for SBRC.

WSBOH provides SBRC with banking software (SOFT).

TRC receives Treasury Software for TRC from the M1 Treasury.
